Born in Taipei in 2002, Wei-Wen grew up surrounded by music, inspired early on by her mother—also a musician and instrumental teacher. Her talent was recognized at a young age, leading her to join Taiwan’s musical talent development program, where she began formal music studies alongside her school education. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2019 at the age of nineteen.
Wei-Wen continued her artistic path at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), receiving her Master of Pedagogy (2025) in the piano class of Prof. Eckart Heiligers. She is currently pursuing her Master in Music Performanceunder Prof. Karl-Andreas Kolly. Her studies expand far beyond the piano: she has explored flute and piccolo, as well as harpsichord and organ, and has developed a strong interest in music theory and jazz piano.
Alongside her performance career, Wei-Wen is deeply committed to music education. She has been sharing her passion with her own students for several years, believing that teaching is an essential and inspiring part of her artistic life.
